Seeing Stars

Skirt | Top | Boots (similar & under $30) | Sunnies | Bag

I'm so obsessed with the recent "star print" trend. I think it's such an adorable little pattern that can be made so chic with the right outfit. I linked some other star print things I am loving. Not kidding I would buy all of them if I had the funds.... (#stargirl?) 😂
This lace up skirt from Chicwish has become one of my fave pieces in my closet lately and its super affordable! I love inexpensive pieces like this that feel way higher qaulity than what you paid.
These sunnies are giving me life lately and I already want another pair of Quay sunglasses. They are so cute and flattering. My whole family was trying them on and they even looked good on my brother 😂
I got to shoot pics with Jacy from Love, Lenore this weekend so I have lots of content coming your way! I have been ordering lots of new stuff for spring (woohoo!) which also means a little closet clean out so be sure to check out my Poshmark (briannaknopf).
Thanks for reading and happy Monday!

Paisley + Fringe

You may have noticed I took a little break from blogging/instagram recently and honestly it was so nice! Even when you love something I think everyone needs a little break sometimes. After my little break (I am so dramatic... it was two weeks haha!) I feel even more inspired and ready to jump back into things. I just ordered some super cute and affordable things from Forever 21 (shop them in my shop tab!) and I can't wait to style them for ya'll. Now I am just ready for warm weather and to start styling things for spring.
It's always so hard to get back into the groove of things second semester, but I am excited for what 2017 is going to bring! Thanks for reading! xo Brianna

Layered Slip Dress

Tee | Dress (similar option here also) | Boots | Bag | Earrings | Necklace | Ring

I am convinced that if you add these boots to just about any outfit, it is automatically chic-er. Am I the only one that is obsessed with the layering trend?

Seriously so good. & it makes me feel like I am able to style things multiple different ways. Double win.

A little update on me:

Tomorrow I am leaving for Virginia for a conference with all the Presidents of each chapter of my sorority. It should be a fun learning experience.

This semester I am taking 15 hours again (praise Jesus - Promised myself I wouldn't go over that amount ever again).

I am going to be a graphic designer for Stephens student run marketing firm for the second semester.

I have started my search for an internship this summer which I know will be an amazing experience. I am hoping to get out of Missouri and be in a big city since I have really never experienced that. I am worried about being away from my family (we are so close), but I know it will definitely allow me to grow.

I don't really do New Year's resolutions, but a goal I have for 2017 is to focus on me more. As a "recovering people pleaser" I am guilty of sometimes putting others before myself and it's important to remember to surround yourself with the people that lift you up and allow you to continue growing as a person. Sometimes you might lose some people along the way, but the people that are meant to stay will. I have always been a quality over quantity girl, especially when it comes to the people I am close with. I have learned that as we get older this only gets more relevant with every type of  relationship you'll have. Here's to not settling on anything. You deserve the very best, don't forget that.

I love adding these flares to an average outfit to automatically make it a little more unique.  I love wearing these flares because they make me feel like I can conquer the world 😜.  There's just something about flares that turn me into a #girlboss. 😂  I love the seventies vibe with this leather jacket and mock neck lace top. I find myself reaching to wear these more than any of my other jeans lately. I really want to get this pair as well!
