Lace Up Skirt

Top | Bralette | Skirt | Coat (similar) | Choker | Booties (under $20!)

If I could wear this fur coat + skirt combo every day I probably would. My coat is from last year, but I linked another blush faux fur that is super affordable. This one linked here is a little more expensive, but looks so similar.   I plan on wearing this on NYE this year and maybe swapping out these booties for these thigh highs. 😜  This skirt is another great find for a reasonable price and add some interest to an otherwise average outfit. I am wearing a small for reference.
I think this year is the first time I am actually dressing up and going somewhere on NYE so I am excited to actually make it to midnight this year 😂

Camo Jacket

Jacket (c/o Shein) | Top | Jeans | Necklace | Purse

This has been the weirdest holiday season. I can't believe Christmas has already come and gone and New Years is approaching so quickly! I hope you all had wonderful holidays and got to spend some time loving on your family and friends.
I love this little camo jacket because you can wear it with some booties and jeans or even leggings and tennies for a more laid back look. It's super versatile and can be worn through pretty much every season. I'm going to keep this post short since I know we are all already ready for another crazy weekend! New Years Eve Outfit Idea

Dress (only $8!) | Top & here | Boots (similar) | Necklace | Bag

I was so excited about this outfit! It would be perfect for a NYE look. Ever since NYFW when this layered dress trend started becoming popular I have wanted to try it. I love how this emerald-y turquoise color looks with black. This mesh top would also be adorable with a longer black bralette under it and a high waisted skirt. I can't wait to style it other way and play around more with the layered dress trend. Thanks for reading! xx Brianna

My Go-To Outfit

Sweater | Jeans (similar) | Boots (similar

I posted a picture of this sweater and jeans on Instagram the other day and mentioned how I love building a wardrobe on basics. These jeans fit uh-mazing and I love the mock neck and slightly cropped fit of this sweater. It really adds to the sweater and helps makes it a little more unique. This outfit is so so simple, but somehow chic at the same time. This would be a perfect casual Christmas outfit. You could even dress it up a little more with some cute statement earrings and black jeans.

I can't believe it's almost Christmas. Where did the month of December go?! My blogger bestie and I (Jacy from Love, Lenore) teamed up with Kendra Scott to do a giveway with three of their winter collection pieces! Make sure to enter here!

Off The Shoulder Sweater

Sweater (c/o Shein) | Jeans (similar) | Purse | Necklace | Shoes | Sunnies

I loved the off the shoulder trend this past summer and I think it's so cute transitioned into winter. You can wear this one from Shein off the shoulder or as a cowl neck. I loved the 70s vibe by adding flares.
Finals week is officially upon us, but honestly this week is way easier than the last week for me. Last week was project week/presentation week for us so now that is out of the way I am so close to being done! I am super excited to be home, but I hope I get some blogging done! I am working basically all break which I am excited about. Good luck to everyone taking finals!

Mauve Sweater

Sweater | Jeans (similar) | Necklace | Hat | Bag | Shoes (similar) | Coat

This backdrop was a dream come true for these pictures! This sweater from Chicwish is something I have already worn so much for "real life" outfits. It is slightly cropped so it looks adorable with high waisted jeans (or high waisted trousers for something more professional!) and I love the sleeves. The material is super soft and seems really high quality.
I am just praying for this finals week to fly by so I can get home to my family and pups!

Gift Guide: Gifts For Him

Speaker | Cologne 1 and 2 | Moccasins

Buying for guys can be tricky, but I have rounded up some "boyfriend tested and approved" gifts for guys that he will love.  A lot of these things I have gotten Matt for different occasions and he loved them.

1. Watch - classic black will match everything and it can be worn casual or fancy. I also love this metal band option. I got Matt something similar for his birthday and he wears it all the time.

2. Yeti - I think this is a super practical gift. I have one of these cups and I use it every day.

3. Sunnies - This is another gift I got Matt and he wears them all the time. Sunglasses are sort of a personal purchase because everyone has different preferences, but these are super flattering on lots of people!

4. Flask - Epitome of a boy stocking stuffer, am I right?

5. Hat - This pattern makes it more interesting than the usually plain black and gray.  I got this one for Matt last year.

6. Shirt - This would be a perfect "casual winter shirt" and would go nicely under a pullover or a vest.

7. Pullover -  In my opinion this is probably the best gift for guys! I got this for Matt last Christmas and he wears it so much! I like it because he can wear it with sweatpants or jeans and a button up.

8. Boxers - Only $8... aka stocking stuffer!

9. Shoes - Everyone I know that has roshes absolutely loves them and they aren't super expensive for Nike.

10. Speaker - This bluetooth speaker is small, so easy to take with you wherever, but still super loud.

11. Cologne - These are both so good -- manly and fresh at the same time -- and not too overpowering.

12. Moccasins - I love my Ugg moccasins for walking to class during the winter. Here's a cheaper alternative.
