Avocado + Tuna Sandwich

One of the meals I always struggle with eating healthy is lunch because sometimes it seems so easy to grab a burger and fries from whatever fast food place instead of packing my lunch to take to work. I saw this recipe on Pinterest so I decided to make my own variation. This is so simple and yummy! I also like to make it the night before and it stays fresh! I hope you enjoy this easy recipe and let me know if you want more food posts in the future! 

Recipe:
1/2 avocado
1 can tuna
1 tbs olive oil
1/2 lemon squeezed
Cilantro and red onion (preference on amount)
salt and pepper to taste

Add all these ingredients and mix together with a fork to make the avocado more creamy and put on whole wheat toast! This would also be super yummy with crackers or by itself! Enjoy!
