March Wishlist

I used to love doing these posts and I haven't been able to do one since like September! Once a month I try to gather up some items I am loving at the moment or plan on purchasing.

All these items are high on my list, but the thing I am wanting the most is the Illesteva mirrored sunnies. These are so chic and unique. The tortoise keeps them classic while the pink mirror is fun and different.

The other item that is high on my list are the black frayed Free People denim shorts. I have heard that Free People makes super good denim shorts and I have wanted to try a pair for ever! Plus the price point isn't bad for good denim!

I already got the Kendra Scott hand chain and I am OBSESSED! It is so gorgeous and perfect for spring/summer. I got it through my monthly Rocksbox subscription. You can use code 'briannaxoxo' for your first month absolutely free with ZERO commitments!

I hope you liked this short little post about what I have my eye on this month...

Recent Drug Store Finds

As much as I love Sephora, I can't always spend hundreds of dollars on makeup, especially during the school year. So here are a few low end products that I have found to be surprisingly high quality for under $10...

1. Milani Baked Bronzer - Soleil: This is a great bronzer for a nice glow. It has some shimmer in it, but it can still be used as a contour. The color is really warm without being orange which is sometimes hard to come by with drugstore bronzers. This bronzer is definitely comparable to some of Lorac's Tantalizer bronzers.

2. Milani Baked Blush - Delizioso Pink: I love bright pink blushes. This is a nice barbie pink that doesn't look costumey, but instead gives you a nice natural flush. I always like using matte blush because I feel like it balances out the highlight I use. I have been loving Benefit's High Beam lately for a dewy glowy look.

3. Maybelline Brow Drama Brow Mascara - Blonde: This stuff is great for when you don't have time to fill in your brows. It adds color and makes them appear more full. I also swipe some over the top of my filled brows to help the color stay all day.

4. Maybelline Velvet Matte Foundation - Nude: At first I was hesitant with this product, but then I started using it with a beauty blender and I LOVE it. I have super oily skin and I always run into the problem of wanting a matte foundation, but not wanting my skin to look flat and "too matte." This is the perfect solution. It's still matte, but lets your skin breathe. I like to spritz it with a setting spray to add a little more dewiness to it.

5. Maybelline FitMe Foundation Stick - Coconut: This is a great product to contour with. I swipe this in the hollows of my cheeks, around my hairline, my jawline, and the sides of my nose, and blend like crazy with a damp beauty blender. The result is a perfectly matte natural looking contour. Sometimes I will then add some bronzer that has shimmer in it just along my hairline to give my face more of a glow!

Thanks for reading and let me know if you use any of these products!

Spring Sweater

One of my favorite colors for spring time is ivory and white. They automatically make any outfit look springy and fresh. I paired this white sweater tank (old, but I tried to link something similar) with some white Kendra Scott accessories. To make it more transitional I wore it with black distressed jeans and tan booties.

I am getting so anxious for warm weather! I never really have that many winter looks on my blog because during the school year I am so busy and don't get to post as often as I would like to unfortunately. But I already have some cute new things for spring that I can't wait to post about. I am going to Dallas for spring break and I am hoping to get a post or two in while I am there!
