Spring Break: Beach Essentials

Last week I posted a "spring break style guide" (you can view that post here!) and today I am talking about my beach essentials! I will also be posting a spring break beauty post sometime this week!
Starting out... lots of sunnies. I don't recommend taking all nice pairs though. I am taking three pairs. Two nicer ones and one pair that was like three dollars. Nordstrom has some cute cheap sunnies! I have the orange swimsuit above and it is so adorable, but unfortunately after I made this photo it went out of stock so I tried to link a similar one. I also really the love the print of the triangle top and I think a black bandeau is a must because it can with pretty much any bottoms you take! I will probably take a million pairs of shoes, but for the beach I think a pair of simple slip ons are best. For cover ups, I will most likely be wearing oversized comfort colors tanks. I always wear a medium in these so that they are longer almost like a tunic. I love this floppy hat from Nordstrom and it's such a good deal ($22)! Some other essentials... beach bag (this also sold out after I made this, but I found a cuter one!), a good book, a cute towel, and some denim shorts. I think denim shorts are so cute over swimsuits.
